For a $399 Flat Fee we list your home in the Realtor's® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database.  This is the same MLS that all Realtor's® use when they are trying to sell a home. 

When your property is placed on the MLS, all real estate agents that subscribe to the service in the area, which are the vast majority, will have instant access to your property information.  Some sources estimate the MLS is responsible for 85%-95% of all home sales.  What many people don't know is that they can have the benefits of the MLS and pay less than half the traditional commission.

As buyers discuss their needs with a real estate agent, the agent simply goes to his or her computer and searches the MLS for properties matching the buyer's criteria.  If your property is on the MLS, the agent will easily locate it if it matches the buyer's criteria. When the Realtor® brings a buyer that purchases your home you only pay the Buyers Agents commission, typically 2.5% to 2.7%.
